Atrium and Outside Areas

The atrium and outside areas are common areas for students, faculty, and staff and may not be reserved for meetings. These areas can be reserved by BSB departments and other Baylor University departments upon BSB Director’s Office review and approval. Please email bsb@baylor.edu with event details to discuss usage and requirements. Tables and chairs needed for the event must be requested through a work order to Baylor Facility Services. Requests must include setup and take down dates and times, instructions of the setup, and that the area used needs to be cleaned. For questions call Facility Services at 254-710-1361.

Areas such as the back patio of the BSB can be requested in Astra. Go to the Room Reservations tab for more information on how to submit a request for the back patio areas.
