Tabling and Fundraisers
Only fundraisers sanctioned by Baylor University may occur in the BSB.
- Apply for and get Student Activities Connect approval for each tabling or fundraiser box event. Once approved by Connect, download, and email the approval pdf to bsb@baylor.edu by following these steps:
- Log in to Connect (www.baylor.edu/baylorconnect)
- Click on your account icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click ‘Submissions’
- Under ‘My Submissions’, click ‘Events’
- Click the name of the event request
- Click the printer icon on the right side of the screen to export a .pdf copy of the event submission
- Only two groups are allowed at a time due to limited space and limited number of tables and chairs available for use.
- Space is allowed only under the digital sign board on the A and E wings of the building.
- Scheduling is on a first come, first served basis.
- BSB office, room D111 is open Monday-Friday, 8 am -5 pm.
- Tables must be returned by 4:30 pm each day.
- Office does not provide the manpower for the setup or take down.
